Stylus lost, snapped, or never came with the console?
It is the first thing to go missing on a used handheld, and a resistive touch screen is genuinely awkward to use accurately with a fingertip - menus mis-tap and handwriting input becomes a fight.
Plain black plastic replacement that slides into the console's own stylus holder. Sized for the 3DS XL holder, which is longer than the standard 3DS and different again to the New 3DS XL.
