Common questions
Does it arrive empty? It is a used drive, so it may still carry the previous owner's profiles and saves. Formatting it in the console clears everything and takes under a minute.
How do I format it? Settings, System, Storage, pick the drive, then Format. The console also prompts you if it needs to.
Is this the same drive as the fat 360? No. The original Xbox 360 uses a clip-on drive. This one is for the S and E, and the label reads FOR USE WITH Xbox 360 S.
