Most used PSPs turn up without a charger, and the original Sony adapters that do survive usually have a frayed cable near the plug. This is a brand new replacement wall charger that powers and charges the handheld exactly like the factory unit.

Common questions
Will this charge a completely dead PSP? Yes, as long as the battery itself still holds a charge. Leave it plugged in for a few minutes before trying the power switch. If the orange light never comes on at all, the battery has likely failed and needs replacing rather than recharging.
Does it work on all three PSP models? Yes. The 1000, 2000 and 3000 all use the same barrel connector and the same 5V supply.
Is this an original Sony charger? No, it is a third-party replacement built to the same specification.
Can I leave it plugged in overnight? Yes. The PSP manages its own charging and stops when the battery is full.
