Email usThe full rundown
A fat PS3 that will not power on at all, with no standby light, or that clicks off the moment you press power, very often has a failed internal power supply. This is the original Sony power supply, model EADP-260AB, pulled from a PS3 Fat that powered on and displayed video before we parted it out.
What this fixes
- No red standby light when plugged in
- Console turns on then immediately shuts off
- A burnt, blown or noisy power supply
Fits
- Fat PS3 consoles that use the EADP-260AB supply
- Sony service part number 1-474-104-11
Check your own supply before ordering. Sony used several different supplies across the fat PS3 run and they are not interchangeable. Open the top of your console and read the model line on the metal label, then match it to the label photo here.
Does not fit
PS3 Slim and PS3 Super Slim. Also does not fit fat consoles built with a different supply model, such as the APS or EADP-300AB units.
Condition
Used, original Sony. Came out of a console that powered on and displayed video. The photos show the exact unit you receive, including its label.

Common questions
Does it include the power cord? No. The fat PS3 uses a standard figure-8 cord.
Will it fix a yellow light of death? No. A yellow light with three beeps is usually the motherboard, not the supply.
How do I know if mine is the same? The model is printed on the metal label on top of the supply. Ours reads EADP-260AB. If yours reads something else, this is not your part.
