A replacement touch screen digitizer for the New Nintendo 3DS XL. This is the thin resistive touch layer that sits on top of the lower screen, with the ribbon cable attached.
Fits: the New Nintendo 3DS XL (RED-001), the bottom screen only. Not the earlier 3DS XL, which is a different console with a different digitizer we list separately.
Fixes: touch that does not register, touch that lands in the wrong place, dead patches in one area of the screen, and a touch surface scratched cloudy by years of stylus use.
Does not fix a broken display. If your lower screen is cracked, black, showing lines or has no backlight, that is the LCD underneath and this part will not help.
Check which console you have. The New 3DS XL has a small nub stick above the face buttons and coloured ABXY letters, and the game card slot and stylus sit on the bottom edge. The older 3DS XL has neither the nub nor the coloured letters.
