We order it in for you

Order today, arrives Nov 17 - Nov 20

We do not hold this one on the shelf. We raise the order with our wholesaler, it comes to us, we check it and we pack it, within 7 business days. Then 2 to 5 business days with USPS.

Business days, so weekends do not count. Public holidays can push the later date out. Shipping to Canada adds roughly 5 to 15 business days and customs can extend that, so we do not promise a date there.

Free shipping on orders over $50

The full rundown

The Hyperkin RetroN 77 plays original Atari 2600 cartridges and outputs them over HDMI at 720p, styled after the wood-grain original.

Plays: Atari 2600 cartridges. The original-style joystick port takes period controllers, and one wired joystick is included.

Save states: unusual for a 2600, and genuinely useful on games that never had a save and were never meant to be finished in one sitting.

Worth knowing: the RetroN 77 runs the Stella emulator rather than cloning the original hardware. In practice compatibility is very high because Stella is mature, but it is emulation, and a small number of unusual cartridges and controller peripherals do not work. Paddle controllers in particular are hit and miss.

Not for Atari 5200, 7800 or Jaguar carts, which are different systems entirely.
