A replacement battery door for the Game Boy Color, the small cover on the back that holds the two AA cells in.
Fits: the Game Boy Color (CGB-001).
The most commonly missing part on any GBC. The door is thin plastic with two small tabs, it is the only part of the console that comes off in normal use, and it has had twenty-five years to disappear down the back of a sofa. A GBC without one does not hold batteries reliably and looks unfinished.
Worth knowing: it clips straight on, no tools. If the battery contacts underneath are green or corroded, a new door will not help on its own. We sell drop-in replacement battery contacts for that.
